Yes, a small booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment online or within 24 hours of making a booking directly. This booking fee can be redeemed against the cost of your treatment. If you decide not to proceed to treatment following your consultation, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of booking fee and will NOT be used towards the cost of treatment at a future point in time. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

I can also accept payments by card as have Sum-up now.

I offer a 5% discount to all emergency services or those with a Blue Light Card, military personal and students. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or products. Photo ID or Blue Light Card will be required.

I use the highest quality products from genuine suppliers and aim to set realistic expectations of treatment outcomes for each client following consultation, though results cannot be guaranteed and will vary for each individual. If you are unhappy with a treatment result, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I will review your treatment and help manage the case.

Yes, I offer all customers free professional aftercare advice. The aftercare will also be personalised depending on your individual treatment and circumstance and will be a straightforward and relaxed experience. In addition, I also provide a 48-hour aftercare service following your procedure, where you can call me night or day if you have any concerns whatsoever.
